2003 WOMAN OF THE FUTURE AWARD

Caren Alderton, director of Command Pty Ltd, was a finalist in the Western Sydney Cluster IT Award and winner of the 2003 Woman of the Future Award.

The awards are given to companies that are providing new technology and the IT Woman of the Future Award component is an award that aims to encourage more women into the IT industry.

To be a finalist is an award in itself, as the competition is reduced along each stage of the competition.

The competition consists of a number of stages including full business plans and demonstration in front of the competitions judges.
